At Constantinov, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us via e-mail within 3 business days from receiving your order. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • If your item(s) arrives damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately and include a photo of the damaged/defective and/or wrong item(s) for faster processing time.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately and include a photo of the damaged/defective for faster processing time.
  • Buyers are responsible for the shipping fee to return the item(s) to us.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Once we receive your return, all of the items in the package will be inspected and may be refunded.
  • If approved, we will process your refund and email you a coupon with the full refund value of the product, to be used on your next purchase.
